WINEMAKING
Mechanical harvesting followed by pneumatic pressing. Afterwards, settling
and yeasting (alcoholic fermentation), maturing for 6 months on lees in
thermoregulated stainless steel vats, followed by fining, filtration and
bottling.

Grilled shrimp with coconut milk rice, Scallop carpaccio with finger lime,
